Proper Ventilation is a must for good health and roof longevity! Proper Intake and

reduces heat and moisture build up which will reduce heating and cooling costs, preserve

In the hot and humid months, improper ventilation will cause air to get trapped in the

attic, resulting in extreme attic temperatures. This will force air conditioning systems to work

harder resulting energy costs to increase substantially. When roofing systems are baked by the

suns heat, combined with poor ventilation heat and humidity related moisture problems, roofing

damage and possible roofing failure may occur.
